Once you've confirmed your booking with us, we will ask you to complete a brand questionnaire to help us understand your business and brand vision. In this form, you have the option to provide a link to a Pinterest board, which can showcase the visual style and design aesthetics you prefer for your brand. Then we will delve deeper into discussions about your brand and its goals.
The brand questionnaire includes inquiries such as:
• How would you describe the personality of your brand or business?
• What are your brand's mission and values?
• Who is your primary target audience?
• What are your objectives for the brand's identity or rebranding?
(Optional) Your Pinterest board should convey the following elements:
• Typography and fonts
• Lifestyle photos that capture the brand's vibe, including people, scenery, etc.
• Color palette derived from the images/pins
• Design inspiration encompassing logos, icons, illustrations, etc.
• Texture, such as paint, wood, velvet, water, foil, makeup, cream, clothing, shadows, etc.
Once we have finalized all the details, we will create a mood board for your brand in a Creative Brief. During this stage, we will focus on identifying your target audience and determining the direction for a color palette and typography.
The mood board will showcase a curated selection of images that reflect the branding vision derived from the Pinterest board. All components will be presented in a well-organized and visually appealing mood board template, which will include:
• Color Palette
• Design Inspiration
• Photography
• Descriptive words that encapsulate the brand
Our aim is to clearly communicate the underlying purpose of your brand and its new brand identity. This phase is crucial as it lays the groundwork for the actual design process. The essence of your brand's mission will be conveyed through visuals and reflected in the overall ambiance. A unified identity design will distinguish your brand and support you in achieving your objectives with your refreshed appearance.
Following that, we will create several primary logo options for you to consider. Once a choice has been made and any necessary adjustments have been implemented, we will proceed to develop the complete brand identity system, which will encompass:
- Chosen Primary Logo
- Secondary Logos
- Submark Logo
- Color Palette
- Font Pairings
- Design Elements, Icons, Illustrations, and Patterns
Subsequently, we will provide you with a Brand Concept Presentation that presents your new brand identity, along with mockups of its application on print and digital materials. Upon reviewing the materials, you will have the opportunity to request revisions. We allow for up to two rounds of revision cycles, during which we can fine-tune the various elements of the brand.
Once any revisions have been completed and everything has been approved, we will compile a comprehensive Brand Style Guide Sheet for your future reference. This guide will contain all the essential details pertaining to your new brand identity.
Following this, we will deliver all the final brand assets to you in a digital package. This package will encompass the logos in various necessary formats, both in color and in black and white, suitable for web and print usage. Additionally, it will include color codes, fonts, and all other brand elements.
With these materials in hand, your visual brand will be fully prepared for launch!
